Based in North Melbourne, these 38 new apartments are cost-effective and functional.
We were engaged to complete all floor and wall tiling, screeding, waterproofing and acoustic underlays for all 72 bathrooms. We also waterproofed and tiled all balconies using the pedestal and paver technique.
