This project was a boutique development of 29 luxury apartments plus 1 penthouse, in Hawthorn East. We were engaged to complete all floor and wall tiling, screeding, waterproofing and acoustic underlays for all 52 bathrooms. We also waterproofed and tiled all balconies and paved surrounds using the pedestal and paver technique.
